This planning represents a 1927 alignment plan which was amended in 1939. After its reconciliation in 1991, an amendment procedure was initiated for part of the plan.

With the 1st amendment of the development plan B-Wj 03 "Hausbergviertel", a partial area of this transferred plan was changed.

The old urban development plan was transferred to the development plan B-Wz 01 "Jena-Winzerla: Plan of the urban development concept (Winzerla)".

The city council then decided to amend and extend the legally binding development plan "Im Hahnengrunde" in order to respond to the changed housing requirements.

The old urban development plan for the Winzerla district was transferred after 1990 to the development plan B-Wz 04, Jena-Winzerla, 3rd BA northern part (Winzerla).
