Planinhalt
The old urban development plans for the Winzerla district were transferred to federal law as development plans after 1990. The development plan B-Wz 03 Jena-Winzerla, 3rd BA southern part, was changed in a partial area and became invalid on 15.05.1997 insofar as it is covered by the area of application of B-Wz 03.1/96 "Im Hahnengrunde".
Realisierungsstand
The construction is completed (June 2015).
