Planinhalt
The reason for the planning was the creation of high-quality and attractive building land within the urban area of Jena, in order to counteract the increasing migration, especially of young families to the surrounding area of Jena. While in the northern part of the planning area a denser development is planned, here terraced houses, semi-detached houses, as well as partly multi-family houses are permissible, in the southern part a loosened development with single-family houses and semi-detached houses is planned. With the 1st simple amendment, design specifications were adjusted.
The preservation and enhancement of the central orchard is a main component of the green space planning. In addition, the presence of various bat species was taken into consideration and existing flight corridors were preserved. In addition, great importance has been attached to the greening of the streets in order to enhance the residential area.
Realisierungsstand
The plan area is completely developed and built on.
