The following planning objectives were pursued with the planning:

• Creation of the planning law for the structural use as a school location.
• Designation of the area of application as an area for public use
• Creation of harmonious transitions to the adjoining landscape to the north

The new school building is scheduled for completion in June 2019 (July 2018).
