District development

The framework plans for Lobeda and Winzerla, the urban district development concepts for the planning areas North, East, West/Centre and the development concept for the rural districts define the decisive objectives for future development in the planning areas as an implementation-oriented integrated action concept.

In an intensive participation process with local actors and citizens, the strengths and weaknesses of the planning area were worked out across all topics, problem areas were defined, impulse projects as well as the time and priority order of measures and responsibilities were named and summarised in the district development concept.
