B-Wj 03 Hausbergviertel (Wenigenjena)

The aim of the development plan was to create additional building plots in Jena in order to satisfy the increasing demand at that time. The content of the plan is the definition of access roads as well as the development with predominantly two-storey residential buildings in open construction. In the western part of the area of application, along the Camsdorfer Straße, a three-storey closed development as block development or group houses and terraced houses are planned.

The contents of part of the development plan were changed in an amendment procedure (B-Wj 03.1 "Hausbergviertel, 1st amendment to the development plan, legally effective since 12.11.2015).

Development has been partially implemented, lots are no longer available (July 2018).
