Development plans - legally binding

The aim of the development plan B-Wj 01 "Gänseberg" was to create additional building plots in the Jena district of Wenigenjena in order to satisfy the increasing demand at that time.

The escape line plan B-Wj 02 "Steinborn" served the additional creation of building sites in the district Wenigenjena.

This plan represents an alignment plan from 1927, which was amended in 1939. Following its transition in 1991, an amendment procedure was initiated for a section of the plan.

With the 1st amendment to the development plan B-Wj 03 "Hausbergviertel", a section of this transferred plan was amended.

Creation of high-quality and attractive building land within the urban area of Jena.

The development plan B-Wj 13 "Jenzigweg school site" creates building rights for a new educational site in the Wenigenjena district.

The development plan B-Wj 16 "Umbau Ernst-Abbe-Fußballarena" was drawn up to create building rights for a soccer stadium suitable for the second national league, including its ancillary functions. As part of the planning process, environmental aspects also had to be analyzed in more detail.

The development plan B-Wo 01 "Am Mühlhügel" creates new building rights in order to meet the demand for residential development close to the city.

The old urban development plan was transferred to the development plan B-Wz 01 "Jena-Winzerla: Plan of the urban development concept (Winzerla)".
