Plan content
The development plan creates planning law for a soccer stadium and additional functions and sports facilities. The development and areas for stationary traffic will be reorganized and safety concerns taken into account. In this context, a second access road from Stadtrodaer Straße was added.
Realization status
The tendering procedure for the award of the contract for the planning, construction and operation of the soccer stadium will be carried out (April 2018).
