Plan content
In view of the increasing demand for housing in connection with the already tight Jena housing market, it is necessary to designate further residential development areas.
The developer intends to develop a building ensemble consisting of nine townhouses of different dimensions with a differentiated range of apartments in approx. 68 apartments and micro-commercial units with a total area of approx. 450 m² in the first floor zones along Oßmaritzer Strasse.
The primary objectives of the construction project are to promote a mixed-age resident structure through differentiated apartment layouts and services for senior citizens and families, to link the green spaces within the area with recreational and play areas for future residents and to promote electromobility.
