Information event on the VBB-J 41 "Quartier 22" on 13.07.2021
Organizational information
A public information event will take place on 13.07.2021 from 18:00 in the consultation room EG Lutherplatz 3, at which information will be provided on the planning concept and the planning objectives and an opportunity will be given for discussion.
In order to ensure that the event is held in accordance with the Thuringian Ordinance on the Regulation of Infection Protection Measures to Contain the Coronavirus SARS CoV 2 of 30.06.2021, the following requirements must be observed by all participants:
- The total number of participants is limited to 22 people due to the size of the room, 15 seats will be available for guests. If you are able to attend, please register in advance at buergerbeteiligung@jena.de or by telephone on 03641 49-5134.
- Persons with recognizable symptoms of COVID-19 disease or cold symptoms will not be admitted.
- It is mandatory to wear a qualified face mask (medical face mask or respirator (FFP2 and higher) without exhalation valve) at all times while in the building.
- There is no longer an obligation to present a negative test result.
- Due to the small number of participants, the legally required contact data collection will only take place in analog form. Therefore, please bring your own pen if possible.
