Development plans - legally binding

The planning procedure laid the legal foundation for the expansion of the State Medical Association at the existing location in the district of Maua.

The aim of the development plan is to secure the 9-hole golf course facility built in 2000.

The plan area is located in the district of Wenigenjena and is bordered by the Poststportplatz in the northeast, the Jenzigweg in the southwest, the areas of the POM in the northwest and the Kunitzer Straße in the southeast.

Legally binding development plan of VBB-Wj 18 "Nörlich der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße", Jena - residential area; the housing cooperative "Carl Zeiss" eG is developing the new residential area "Erlenhöfe" as the project developer.

The project developer, the “Carl Zeiss” eG housing cooperative, plans to expand the “Erlenhöfe” residential complex north of Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. The new development is intended to form the eastern boundary of the “Erlenhöfe” development area in the Wenigenjena neighborhood. The site has been cleared and is being prepared for development. The development plan was drawn up at the request of the developer for the realization of a new residential quarter.

Instead of the residential and commercial building that was originally part of the vehicle maintenance facility project, three individual residential buildings with the associated development facilities are to be constructed.

The development plan "VE-Bu 01 Fachmarktzentrum Burgau" was drawn up in order to create retail space with an appropriate assortment as a specialist store.

The aim of the planning was the designation of building areas for small-scale housing construction, due to the urgent need for housing in the greater Jena area.

The planning for the new development of the plots of land provides primarily for residential development in line with the surrounding development, but also for housing for senior citizens and small businesses.
