The content of the planning is the safeguarding of the 9-hole golf course facility built in 2000, including the nature conservation compensation measures implemented for this purpose. The planning also created the legal planning conditions for the construction of a golf clubhouse. An existing building on the outskirts of Münchenroda was designated for use as a service yard for the golf course.

Dhe 9 golf holes wasn already built in the year 2000. The completion of the golf clubhouse including the outdoor facilities is scheduled for the end of 2023 at the latest.
