Plan content
Due to its location near Jena, directly on the A 4 motorway and the B 88 trunk road, the district of Maua is particularly suitable as a focus for commercial settlements. The plan area covers an area of approx. 23 ha.
The designation of relatively deep building areas makes it possible to allocate large plots of land, but also to achieve small-scale use through smaller plot widths if required. In the entire area covered by the plan, only businesses whose facilities do not emit any disturbing odours or pollutants close to the ground are permitted.
Realisation status
The project area is fully developed and 100% marketed.
