The main planning objective of the development plan was the designation of building land for the development of technology-oriented commercial enterprises.

In addition, the demolition of existing buildings that are no longer usable, the remediation of contaminated sites, the securing of the technical and traffic development of the area, the guarantee of immission control, the securing of the listed buildings located in the area of application, and the protection of the habitats of endangered animal and plant species living in the area were objectives of the planning.

The area is fully developed, no land is currently available.
