The project developer, the “Carl Zeiss” eG Housing Cooperative, plans to expand the “Erlenhöfe” residential complex on Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. The new development is intended to form the eastern boundary of the “Erlenhöfe” development area in the Wenigenjena district.
