Plan content
Due to its location near Jena directly on the A 4 federal highway and the B 88 federal highway, the Maua district is particularly suitable as a focus for commercial settlements. The plan area covers an area of approx. 23 ha.
By designating relatively deep building plots, it is possible to allocate large plots, but also to achieve small-scale use through smaller plot widths if required. Only businesses whose facilities do not emit any disruptive ground-level odors or pollutants are permitted in the entire area of application.
