Plan content
The main planning objective of the development plan was to designate building land for the development of technology-oriented commercial enterprises.
In addition, the demolition of existing buildings that could no longer be used, the remediation of contaminated sites, securing the technical and traffic development of the area, ensuring immission control, securing the architectural monuments located in the area of application and protecting the habitats of endangered animal and plant species in the area were also objectives of the planning.
