Plan content
The aim of the development plan is to find an urban development end to the Drackendorf location to the north and also to contribute to the continuing need for single-family house locations. For this reason, purely residential areas have been designated in the plan area, in which only the construction of residential buildings as detached and semi-detached houses is permitted.
Part of the planning area is located in the "Mittleres Saaletal" landscape conservation area. Here, green areas with trees and shrubs will be planted on former farmland, which will serve both as compensation for the impact on nature and the landscape and to green and enhance the attractiveness of the residential area being created.
