Plan content
The scope of the development plan covers the area of the former CIS garrison on Naumburger Strasse. Following the withdrawal of the armed forces, urban redevelopment was urgently required. Individual plots along Naumburger Strasse are designated as mixed-use areas.
The remaining area, which covers the majority of the site, is zoned for commercial use. These areas are particularly suitable for the establishment of small-scale businesses, for which there is not yet sufficient space available in Jena.
