Planinhalt
The scope of the development plan includes the areas of the former CIS garrison on Naumburger Straße. After the withdrawal of the armed forces, a reorganization of the urban development was urgently required. Along Naumburger Strasse, individual plots of land are designated as mixed-use areas.
On the remaining area, that concerns the predominant part of the area, a commercial use is determined. These areas are particularly suitable for the settlement of small-scale businesses, for which there are not yet sufficient areas available in Jena.
Realisierungsstand
The planning area is completely developed. The development agency was the Landesentwicklungsgesellschaft (LEG), which also manages the land. At present, approx. 50 % has been developed or reserved (as of November 2011).
