Development plan B-Lr 02 "Residential development on Isserstedter Strasse" legally binding

07.03.2025

As there were no objections from the Thuringian State Office of Administration to the city council's resolution of 30.10.2025, the development plan has been legally binding since 28.02.2025 following its public announcement in the Official Gazette 8/25. The planning documents can be viewed here.

The development plan was drawn up in order to make an area within the settlement area that was lying fallow usable again. The aim is to develop a residential area with a high quality of life and a family-friendly living environment. To this end, building rights were granted for the creation of a small-scale and compact residential development in open construction. In addition, a green strip was established as the edge of the village to shape the transition to the agricultural land and to preserve as many existing vital trees as possible.
