The majority of the area is designated as a pure or general residential area. In the south-western part of the plan area, public utility areas and a mixed-use area are designated. In order to underline the independent character of the new building area, the extension of the existing cemetery and a park have been provided as a structuring element between the old town centre and the planning area.

The project site is fully developed and approximately 90% built out (August 2019).
