Development plan B-Lo 13 "Furniture store 'An der Autobahn'"

As there were no objections from the Thuringian State Office of Administration to the city council's resolution of 26.11.2025, the development plan has been legally binding since 12.03.2026 following its public announcement in Official Gazette 10/26. The planning documents can be viewedhere.

The development plan was drawn up to enable the conversion and expansion of the existing furniture store at the site. Furthermore, a footpath and cycle path on the north side of Stadtrodaer Straße is to be realized to close the gap.
