Plan content
The majority of the area is designated as a pure or general residential area. In the south-western part of the plan area, public areas and a mixed-use area have been designated. In order to underline the independent character of the new development area, the extension of the existing cemetery and a park are planned as a structuring element between the old town center and the planning area.
