The scope of the development plan covers an area of approx. 9 ha. The buildable areas are designated as a general residential area in which an open construction method is stipulated.
Realisierungsstand
The planning area is fully developed. At present, of the approx. 100 residential units planned in the development plan, approx. 95 % have been realised or applied for (November 2011).
