B-Is 01 Im Semsenfleck and am Vogelherde/Im Kessel [1st amendment] (Isserstedt)

With the first amendment, the original development plan drawn up by the then independent municipality of Isserstedt was revised and concretised.

The development plan area covers a total area of 25 ha. While the building areas in the west of the B-Plan area are designated as commercial areas, the building areas in the east are designated as special areas for large-scale retail trade. The special areas are currently occupied by a Globus shopping centre including a DIY store (SO 1) as well as 2 furniture stores, Möbel Boss and Porta-Möbel (SO 2).

The commercial areas are used by predominantly smaller commercial enterprises. The amendment of the development plan with a total of 4 drafts submitted included the increase of the sales area for furniture from 11,500 m² to 22,500 m², the stipulation of green space measures (compensatory measures), the increase of the sales area for the hypermarket (Globus), the adaptation of the plan to legal situations that have changed in the meantime as well as the clarification of stipulations.

The development has been completed and 90% of the site has been built on. Only a few commercial areas are still undeveloped.
