The decision to initiate the planning procedure was taken by the then independent municipality of Jenaprießnitz-Wogau. The aim of the planning was to provide building land for owner-occupied housing. Therefore, one or two-storey buildings, each with a converted attic storey, are permissible in the designated building plots.
