The project and development plan serves the realisation of a residential development with 6 residential buildings for a maximum of 2 apartments each (single-family house, single-family house with granny annexe, semi-detached house or two-family house). The building area of approx. 6,000 m² is located on the western outskirts of Jenaprießnitz, the majority of the area was formerly used as farmland.

The development has been completed and the building plots have now also been fully built on with residential buildings.
