Public interpretation - VBB-J 44 "Living on Hufelandweg"

The municipal housing company jenawohnen is planning a family-friendly residential quarter with 46 residential units in eight different buildings. A total living space of around 4,000 square meters is to be built in the coming years. Most of the apartments will be three- and four-room apartments, 20 percent of which will be rent-controlled social housing.

The preliminary draft will be on public display from 29.01. to 12.02.2021 inclusive. The planning documents and all expert reports and environmentally relevant information available to date can be viewed here.

In addition, the documents and the urban development model can be viewed by the public during this period in the administration building Am Anger 26, 2nd floor, by prior appointment and in compliance with the currently applicable infection protection regulations.
