Project-related development plan VBB-Wz 06 "Oßmaritzer Straße residential area" - preliminary draft

On 10.11.2021, the city council of the city of Jena decided to initiate the project-related development plan VBB-Wz 06 "Wohngebiet Oßmaritzer Straße" in a public meeting. The public is now to be informed about the preliminary draft of the development plan at an early stage and given the opportunity to discuss it. The development plan is to be drawn up using the accelerated procedure in accordance with Section 13a BauGB (without an environmental assessment).

During the public display of the planning documents in the period from 02. - 20.05.2022, there will be an opportunity to comment on the project with comments or suggestions. The planning documents are publicly available on the website of the City of Jena. In addition, the aforementioned planning documents can be viewed by the public during this period in the administration building at Am Anger 26 by prior appointment. Appointments can be made by contacting the secretariat of the Urban Planning Department on 0049 3641 49-5202 or by e-mail at fd-stadtplanung@jena.de.
