Project-related development plan VBB-Wj 20 "Residential extension north of Karl-Liebknecht-Straße" - preliminary draft
On 16.11.2022, the city council of the city of Jena decided in a public meeting to initiate the project-related development plan VBB-Wj 20 "Expansion of housing north of Karl-Liebknecht-Straße". The public is now to be informed about the preliminary draft of the development plan at an early stage and given the opportunity to discuss it. The development plan is to be drawn upusing the accelerated procedure in accordance with Section13b BauGB without carrying out an environmental assessment in accordance with Section 2 (4) BauGB.
During the public display of the planning documents in the period from 14.08. - 01.09.2023, there will be an opportunity to comment on the project with information, suggestions or opinions. The planning documents are publicly available on the website of the City of Jena. In addition, the aforementioned planning documents can be viewed during this period in the administration building at Am Anger 26 during the following opening hours
- Monday: 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 16:00
- Tuesday: 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 16:00
- Thursday: 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 18:00
- Friday: 08:00 - 12:00
