Project-related development plan VBB-J 47 "Solarquartier - Saalbahnhofstraße Jena residential development" - preliminary draft
On 15.12.2022, the city council of the city of Jena decided to initiate the project-related development plan VBB-J 47 "Solarquartier - Wohnbebauung Saalbahnhofstraße Jena" in a public meeting. The public is now to be informed about the preliminary draft of the development plan at an early stage and given the opportunity to discuss it. The development plan is to be drawn up using the accelerated procedure in accordance with Section 13a BauGB (without an environmental assessment).
During the public display of the planning documents in the period from 20.03. - 31.03.2023, there will be an opportunity to make comments or suggestions on the project. The planning documents are on public display on the website of the City of Jena. In addition, the aforementioned planning documents can be viewed during this period in the administration building Am Anger 26, 2nd floor, during the following opening hours
- Monday: 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 16:00
- Tuesday: 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 16:00
- Thursday: 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 18:00
- Friday: 08:00 - 12:00
