Online participation in the "Bachstrasse Science Campus" urban development concept

For the development of the urban development concept (SEK), we would like to gather further input from the urban community for the design of the science campus in the form of an online participation in the period from 03.04. - 31.05.2025. Certain basic parameters are predefined by the intended use and the aim is to achieve the best possible integration into city life.

The following questions are of interest based on three basic urban development strategies:

• Not just science: which additive uses could promote further positive integration into the cityscape?
• Architecture: How much new space can be created, which buildings can be distinctive?
• Paths / public: What demands are there on the public space in the neighborhood? Where do people meet and how do I get around the neighborhood (e.g. pathways)?
• Green: What grows and happens in the open spaces, and how do they become climate-active?
• Connection: How can an address be created at Carl-Zeiss-Platz? How can a connection to the "Grete Unrein" school, Wagnergasse and the western quarter be established?
