Plan content
The aim of the planning is to create an efficient industrial estate close to the city of Jena that is conveniently located and integrated into the landscape. The nearby highway access is particularly advantageous for interested parties. The target group for the development are commercial enterprises of all kinds, business, office and administration buildings, as well as warehouses. Accordingly, the development plan designates the largest possible buildable areas in order to ensure flexible parceling for individual investors.
