Plan content
The aim of the development plan was to restructure the urban development of the site of the former municipal brewery and the former barracks at the Westbahnhof. The high-quality project area close to the city center is to be developed into a technology location for business and science on an area of 3.8 ha (Part B of the development plan).
The remaining area of 3.1 ha (Part A of the development plan) is intended for the construction of a justice center. Accordingly, part of the area is designated as a commercial area (GE 1-5) and the other as a special justice center area (SO 1-3).
