Preliminary Draft of the B-Lo 03 F.1 Zoning Plan “Lobeda-Süd LS 2, 1st Amendment and Addendum”

On January 22, 2020, the Jena City Council decided in a public meeting to amend and expand the northern portion of the “Lobeda-Süd LS 2” zoning plan. The goal of the plan is to develop existing land reserves for commercial use. The public will now be informed at an early stage about the preliminary draft of the zoning plan and given the opportunity to comment on it.

During the public review period for the planning documents, from June 19 to July 6, 2026, members of the public may submit comments, suggestions, or statements regarding the project. The planning documents are available on theCity of Jena’s website.

In addition, the aforementioned planning documents may be viewed during this period at the administrative building located at Am Anger 26, 2nd floor, during the following hours:

• Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
