Preliminary Draft of the B-Mr 10 Zoning Plan "Am Golfplatz Münchenroda Residential Area"

On May 19, 2021, the Jena City Council decided in a public meeting to initiatea zoning plan process to create residential development areassouth of Rundplatzdorf and Münchenrodaer Straße . The public will now be informed of the preliminary draft of the development plan at an early stage and given the opportunity to comment on it.

During the public review period for the planning documents, from June 19 to July 6, 2026, members of the public may submit comments, suggestions, or statements regarding the project. The planning documents are available on theCity of Jena’s website.

In addition, the specified planning documents may be viewed during this period at the administrative building located at Am Anger 26, 2nd floor, during the following hours:

• Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
