Project-related development plan VBB-Am 08 "Residential and commercial quarter Friedrich-Zucker-Straße" - preliminary draft
On 22.03.2023, the city council of the city of Jena decided in a public meeting to initiate a procedure for the preparation of a project-related development plan with the designation VBB-Am 08 "Wohn- und Geschäftsquartier Friedrich-Zucker-Straße" for the area of the current Columbus Center in the north of the Winzerla district on Winzerlaer Straße. The public is now to be informed about the preliminary draft of the development plan at an early stage and given the opportunity to discuss it. The development plan is to be drawn up using the accelerated procedure in accordance with Section 13a BauGB (without an environmental assessment).
During the public display of the planning documents in the period from 30.05. - 19.06.2023, there will be an opportunity to comment on the project with information, suggestions or opinions. The planning documents are publicly available on the website of the City of Jena.
In addition, the aforementioned planning documents can be viewed during this period in the administration building at Am Anger 26 during the following opening hours
- Monday: 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 16:00
- Tuesday: 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 16:00
- Thursday: 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 18:00
- Friday: 08:00 - 12:00
