Land use plan of the city of Jena - preliminary draft

On 15.11.2017, the City Council of the City of Jena decided in a public meeting in accordance with Section 1 (3) BauGB to initiate a procedure for updating the land use plan of the City of Jena, which has been effective since 09.03.2006. The public is now to be informed about the preliminary draft at an early stage and given the opportunity to discuss it.

During the public display of the planning documents in the period from 20.02. - 31.03.2023, there will be an opportunity to submit comments on the project. The planning documents are publicly available on the website of the City of Jena. In addition, the aforementioned planning documents can be viewed during this period in the administration building at Am Anger 26 and there is an opportunity to make comments and discuss them by prior appointment.
