Development plan B-Lo 12 "Allotment garden site Lobeda-Ost" and land use plan amendment no. 9 - draft

On 14.07.2022, the city council of the city of Jena approved the drafts for the development plan B-Lo 12 "Allotment garden site Lobeda-Ost" and the land use plan amendment no. 9 for the area "Allotment gardens Lobeda-Ost" in a public meeting and designated them for public display. During the public display of the planning documents in the period from 29.08. - 04.11.2022, anyone has the opportunity to make comments or suggestions on the project.

The provisions of Section 3 (2) BauGB in conjunction with the Act to Ensure Proper Planning and Approval Procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic(Planungssicherstellungsgesetz - PlanSiG) apply to the public exhibition.

The planning documents, including all expert opinions, statements and other information, are publicly available on the website of the City of Jena. In addition, the aforementioned planning documents can be viewed by the public during this period in the administration building at Am Anger 26 by prior appointment.
