Information event on the VBB-J 45 "Eichplatz area - construction site A" on 19.07.2021
A public information event will take place on 19.07.2021 as part of the early public information process in accordance with Section 3 (1) BauGB. Starting at 6:00 p.m. in the Historic Town Hall, Markt 1, information will be provided on the planning concept and the planning objectives and there will be an opportunity for discussion.
It will also be possible to follow the event via video conference (eMeeting). For the access data, please send an e-mail to fragen@eichplatzareal.de to receive all the necessary information. Questions can be submitted via a public chat or in advance via fragen@eichplatzareal.de. If the questions received cannot be answered during the event, they will be added to www.eichplatzareal.de under FAQ including the answers.
Organizational notes
In order to ensure that the event takes place in accordance with the requirements of the Thuringian Ordinance on the Regulation of Infection Protection Measures to Contain the Coronavirus SARS CoV 2 of 30.06.2021, the following requirements must be observed by all participants:
- Due to the size of the room, the total number of participants is limited to 41 people; approx. 30 seats will be available for guests.
- Persons with recognizable symptoms of COVID-19 disease or cold symptoms will not be granted access.
- Wearing a qualified face mask (medical face mask or respirator (FFP2 and higher) without exhalation valve) is mandatory throughout your stay in the building.
- There is no longer an obligation to present a negative test result.
- The legally required contact data collection will be digital or analog. Therefore, please bring your own pen if possible.
