Organizational information

Due to the emergency situation determined by the Lord Mayor, the committee meeting will be held as a video conference. It is possible to participate in the meeting digitally. Interested parties can request the link to the meeting from Ms. Tavangarian (see contact).

In accordance with the Thuringian Municipal Code, the meeting will be held in public by simultaneously transmitting video and audio to the meeting room 01_03/04, Am Anger 26. Due to the currently applicable infection protection regulations, only a limited number of people will have access to this room. Therefore, please register with Ms. Tavangarian by 11.05.2021, 12:00 noon, stating your personal details. During the stay in the above-mentioned room, it is mandatory to wear a medical or FFP2 mask (without exhalation valve).
