Public interpretation: VbB-Wj 18 "Nördlich der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße" and land use plan amendment no. 8 for the area "Nördlich der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße"

On 15.07.2020, the city council of the city of Jena approved the draft for the development plan VbB-Wj 18 "Nördlich der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße" and the draft for the land use plan amendment no. 8 for the area "Nördlich der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße" in a public meeting and designated them for public display. During the public display of the planning documents in the period from 07.08. - 09.10.2020, anyone has the opportunity to make comments or suggestions on the project.

The provisions of Section 3 (2) BauGB in conjunction with the Act to Ensure Proper Planning and Approval Procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic(Planungssicherstellungsgesetz - PlanSiG) apply to the public exhibition.

The planning documents, including all expert opinions, are publicly available on the City of Jena's website. In addition, the aforementioned planning documents can be viewed by the public during this period in the administration building at Am Anger 26 by prior appointment. Appointments can be made by contacting the secretariat of the Urban Planning Department on 0049 3641 49-5202 or by e-mail at fd-stadtplanung@jena.de.

Please note that the requirements of the current decrees of the city of Jena and the state government regarding the COVID-19 pandemic (e.g. keeping your distance or wearing a face mask) must be observed within the administrative building.
