Plan content
The old urban development plans for the Winzerla district were transferred to federal German law as development plans after 1990. The development plan B-Wz 03 Jena-Winzerla, 3.BA southern part was amended in part from 1993 and expired on 15.05.1997 insofar as it was covered by the area of application of B-Wz 03.1/96 "Im Hahnengrunde".
