Plan content
The aim of the development plan was to create additional building plots in Jena in order to meet the increasing demand at the time. The content of the plan is the definition of access roads and the development of predominantly two-storey residential buildings in open construction. In the western part of the area of application, along Camsdorfer Strasse, a three-storey closed development is planned as a block development or group and terraced houses.
The content of part of the development plan was changed in an amendment procedure (B-Wj 03.1 "Hausbergviertel, 1st amendment to the development plan, legally valid since 12.11.2015).
