Development plan B-Lr 02 "Residential development on Isserstedter Strasse" - preliminary draft
On 13.10.2021, the city council of Jena decided to initiate the development plan B-Lr 02 "Wohnbebauung an der Isserstedter Straße" in a public meeting. The public is now to be informed about the preliminary draft of the development plan at an early stage and given the opportunity to discuss it. The development plan is to be drawn up using the accelerated procedure in accordance with Section 13a BauGB (without an environmental assessment).
During the public display of the planning documents in the period from 20.02. - 06.03.2023, there will be an opportunity to make comments or suggestions on the project. The planning documents are publicly available on the website of the City of Jena. In addition, the aforementioned planning documents can be viewed during this period in the administration building at Am Anger 26 during the following opening hours
- Monday and Tuesday: 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 16:00
- Thursday: 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 18:00
- Friday: 08:00 - 12:00
