The objective of the 3rd construction phase of the "Himmelreich" construction area is, as was already the case with the over-planning of the first phases (1st and 2nd construction phase), the creation of residential building land under an orderly functional and urban development of this area. In the project area, it is planned to build single-family houses with a wide range of individual design options, which will be accessed by a circumferential ring road.

Both the development and the building structure are oriented to the natural terrain (alignment parallel to the slope).

The development facilities are completely finished. The construction of the first residential buildings began at the beginning of 2003. All plots have already been sold (July 2014).
