Plan content
The development plan was drawn up in order to make a vacant site within the settlement area usable again.
The aim is to develop a residential area with a high quality of life and a family-friendly living environment. To this end, building rights were granted for the creation of a small-scale and compact residential development in open construction.
In addition, a green strip was designated as the edge of the village to shape the transition to agricultural land and to preserve as many existing vital trees as possible.
Realization status
From 2026, the building plots will be marketed by Kommunale Immobilien Jena (KIJ) and Jena-based Labaje GmbH & Co. KG based in Jena. Further information on the project and a registration option for prospective buyers can be found on the KIJ website.
