The zoning plan was drawn up to reclaim a vacant lot within the residential area.

The goal is to develop a residential neighborhood offering a high quality of life and a family-friendly living environment. To this end, building permits were granted for the construction of a small-scale, compact residential development featuring an open layout.

In addition, a green belt was designated along the edge of the town to mark the transition to agricultural land, and provisions were made to preserve as many existing healthy trees as possible.

Development planning is currently in its final phase, with the goal of carrying out the work on-site in 2027–2028. Starting in 2028, the building lots will be marketed by both Kommunale Immobilien Jena (KIJ) and Jena-based Labaje GmbH & Co. KG. Further information about the project, as well as a registration option for prospective buyers, can be found on the KIJ website.

The attached planning documents are provided for informational purposes only. The legally binding copy of the plan, available for review at the Urban Planning Department, is the sole authoritative document.

Expert reports and expert opinions prepared in connection with the zoning plan process can be found in Resolution Draft No. 24/2417-BV. The key content and findings from these documents were incorporated into the planning process.
