The development plan procedure B-Lo 05.1 was drawn up with the aim of creating the legal planning conditions for the construction of a fourth ward block to the south-east of the existing buildings.
In addition, the compensation required for this was to be secured and the redesign of the remaining areas of land not subject to building restrictions was to be regulated. This is the first amendment to the development plan B-Lo 05 "University Hospital".
Realisierungsstand
House E is completed (November 2016).
