Planinhalt
The plan defines a restricted commercial area in its northern part, and mixed uses in the central and southern parts. On the southern edge of the plan, close to the Saalbahnhof station, a cul-de-sac is envisaged to provide quality access to the Saalbahnhof station and at the same time provide access to the rear of the southern mixed-use area.
Realisierungsstand
Implementation of the first structural engineering and development measures has begun (as of April 2017).
