Plan content
Due to the housing shortage in Jena at the beginning of the 1990s, the "Am Hange" development plan was drawn up to designate the area formerly used as farmland as a general residential area. The development plan stipulates the construction of 3 to 4-storey apartment buildings and a central children's playground.
