Due to the housing shortage in the city of Jena in the early 1990s, the "Am Hange" development plan was drawn up to designate the area formerly used as farmland as a general residential area. The development plan specifies the construction of 3 to 4-storey apartment buildings and a central children's playground.
Realisierungsstand
Construction in the plan area is complete (June 2014).
